This isn’t a one-size-fits-all service. Everyone’s pregnancy and postpartum experiences can be so different from the woman next door. Finding your rhythm as a new mom can be confusing! That’s why we will focus on the areas YOU NEED MOST. Whether you’re struggling with baby weight that just won’t come off, never having enough energy, or trying to balance your new life as a mom, I’m here for you! If any part of the plan doesn’t work for my client, I adjust it. The goal is to create a plan that works for the client, not to mold the client to fit around MY plan!
Some of my clients love lifting heavy weights in the gym, while others enjoy body weight/circuit style workouts at home. Some of my clients enjoy running and endurance training. Overall, the best plan is the one you’re going to enjoy and stick with! I design plans that my clients enjoy doing to help reach their goals.
As far as nutrition goes, I do not write meal plans. We will work together on learning to track macros or eat intuitively so that you can reach your fitness goals (i.e. lose 10 pounds or fit into your little red dress again). Sample meal plans are available upon client request.
In my program, you will receive:
- A custom workout plan designed just for you, based on your unique goals and current lifestyle. (home or gym)
- Nutrition guidance and macro tracking
- Weekly check-ins to gauge progress
- 30 minute check in call with me at the end of each 4 weeks
- Unlimited support via text, email, social media
