Personal training is my passion and I am 100% dedicated to your success. I know what it is like to be a new mom, struggling to figure it all out, and I know the impact it can make to have someone who knows best how to support you through this phase in your life. So what can you expect from working with me?
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all service. Everyone’s pregnancy and postpartum experiences can be so different from the woman next door. Finding your rhythm as a new mom can be confusing! That’s why we will focus on the areas YOU NEED MOST. Whether you’re struggling with baby weight that just won’t come off, never having enough energy, or trying to balance your new life as a mom, I’m here for you! If any part of the plan doesn’t work for my client, I adjust it. The goal is to create a plan that works for the client, not to mold the client to fit around MY plan!
Some of my clients love lifting heavy weights in the gym, while others enjoy body weight/circuit style workouts. Some of my clients enjoy running and endurance training. Overall, the best plan is the one you’re going to enjoy and stick with! I design plans that my clients enjoy doing to help reach their goals.
I can write plans for women in the gym, minimal equipment at home, or absolutely no equipment at all. I am experienced in writing many different types of plans that will work in all different surroundings. I love a good challenge!
As far as nutrition goes, I do not write meal plans. I can provide for you a sample meal plan or help you write your own plans. I am passionate about nutrition and am happy to answer all answers you may have about nutrition. My plan does include a copy of my ebook The Beginning Keto Guide, which gives you everything you need to know about this super successful way of eating. If Keto isn’t your cup of tea, I can help you find a way of eating that you will thrive on and reach your goals!
In my program, you will receive:
- A custom workout plan designed just for you, based on your unique goals and current health status. (home or gym)
- Nutrition guidance and macro tracking
- Weekly check-ins to gauge progress
- Programs may change as needed based on weekly check-ins and progress results
- 30 minute check in call with me
- Unlimited support via text, email, social media
Programs are $149 a month and will run for 4 weeks. Discounts are available for purchasing multiple months upfront and for referrals- please inquire!
