And let’s not forget doing crunches and other ab exercises in the back room where no one would see me! Sound familiar?

That doesn’t have to be you! This challenge will give you the confidence to walk into the gym with a plan and know exactly what you’re doing! This program is designed for the woman who wants to make 2019 a completely new era for her, starting with her fitness. When you feel good, every other area of your life can begin to improve as well.

 

Plan Overview: 

This is an 8-week, full-body training program and can be used to lose fat and become leaner, build muscle, or both (body recomposition). This is a progressive-overload style program, meaning your sets and reps will increase every other week of the program, and so should the weights. You will receive completely new exercises every 2 weeks, other than a few key movements you’ll see throughout the program.

There are two options for this program: Standard and VIP Coaching
